I had the opportunity to lead a significant redesign of the job creation screen for employers. The existing screen had several issues that were causing problems for employers, including a poorly designed interface, unclear terminologies, lack of mobile-friendliness, and a lack of context in several fields that often led to confusion.
I took a comprehensive approach, working closely with employers to understand their pain points and gathering feedback on areas that needed improvement. From there, I worked closely with my team to completely overhaul the job creation screen, implementing a new interface that was both intuitive and user-friendly. We also took steps to clarify the language and terminologies used throughout the process, ensuring that employers could easily understand what was required of them at each step of the way.
