Through years of honing my skills and ongoing refinement of my craft, I have developed a streamlined and highly adaptable design methodology that has been successfully adopted by my fellow design colleagues.
From the Lean UX: Think, Make, Check.
Think - is when I plan and outline the key factors and strategize - what should I do and how to get there. One effective approach that I do is to establish a clear set of design priorities based on factors such as project goals, deadlines, client needs, and impact on user experience. This can be achieved through close collaboration with project stakeholders, careful consideration of resource allocation.
Make - is when I do the creative fun stuff, such as designing, collaborating with people involved in the project, scratching our heads together. This is where the mockups begin to take shape. This is also the phase where we decide, deliver, and embrace what will be the outcome.
Check - is the phase when we test and compare the previous idea from the decided design -- where we measure. We figure out what'll be the next step or how we can even make things better. Evolve.
